All the feedback received below will help to inform a planning application which will in due course be submitted to Cherwell District Council for its consideration.

That planning application will be in outline. This means that it will consider the principle of such a development on the proposed site. It will also seek to secure formal approval for the planned access arrangements.

This means that finer details of the proposals, such as the exact layout and the building materials to be used, will not be specifically approved at this stage and will be considered later through “reserved matters” applications.

At both of these future application stages, Cherwell District Council would undertake its own consultations with neighbours and other statutory consultees.
